I believe that there has been a family
tree done on my family but it may take a little time to track it down. I
think it was compiled by a family member who lives down in Melbourne whom I
think I have only met once, but quite a few years ago.
I can tell you that my father is
one of four children all of which live in New South Wales two male and two
female.
I have one brother and six cousins
three male and three female. As I mentioned before I also have family
in Victoria which I quite large so I have been told. Unfortunately only my
grandmother maintains contact with them all be it sporadically.
Please excuse the fact that I haven't
given any of my family members names but as we are living in a
time of internet crime, identity theft and the fact that some of the
family may not wish to be named I have chosen exercise caution.
I hope you understand.
I can however tell you that I am
male (just in case you weren't sure) and am 26, I was born in England and
moved out to Australia in the late Eighties. My father was born in Melbourne
and after his mother and father divorced he and my uncle went to live with
their father. But unfortunately their father died at the young age of 36. I
never got to meet him which is a shame as by all accounts he was a rather
fascinating man. After his death my father and uncle went to live with their
mother who had re-married. My father and uncle ended up living all over the
world due to their step-fathers job and when they were old enough
to leave the nest they settled in merry old England. Where my father
met my mother. My uncle also married and returned to Australia. As
for their sisters (my aunties) while all of this was happening I
think they were already old enough to be living by themselves and remained
in Australia.
