A.  William² RATLIFF Sr was born on 9 Dec 1794 at Anson Co., NC.  He married Susanna Tatum COLLIER, daughter of Arthur COLLIER and Fereby TOMLINSON, on 6 Oct 1814 at Stewart Co., TN.  He died on 29 Jun 1834 at Madison Co., MS, at age 39.
